*Negotiation phase: Negotiate and confirm accuracy of product appearance, material application, quality strength, and assembling
*Development phase: Set up drawings from 2D to 3D (Solid Works 2014 & NX8 PRO/E5.0) and provide 3D printing to minimize errors and rapidly confirm appearance
*Mold phase: To solve injection issues by mold stripping technology and mold-flow analysis after 3D drawing is approved
*Production phase: Use software- NX8 & POWERMILL 2014 and hardware-high efficient & speed CNC machining to reduce timing and enhance customer satisfaction
From development to assembling with most precise equipments, inspection devices, and processes the mold quality can be ensured with high standard.
